Panama and Costa Rica is one tropical paradise.. that is if you are a beach bum that loves the ocean and scuba diving.  Both have amazing dive sites and each comes with their unique features and sea creatures. U might get more rain in Costa Rica than planned but u can't complain when you get to enjoy their beautiful forests and everything that comes with it... their strawberries are amazing. The coffee is to die for, with local roasters on every corner.
