Visiting Antigua will leave you in awe. This old gem has so much to offer from local vendor markets to hidden mescal bars. Taking the short hike up to Cerro de la Cruz, is a must, along the way stop at one of the fruit carts to buy some fresh, local fruit. Next make sure to make your way to Lake Atitlan. We had the privilege to scuba dive in the lake (not sure how long that will still be allowed due to all the harmful alga build up). With easy accessible water taxi's you'll be able to hop around all the small towns around the lake. Lastly we went due south for a small surf session in el Pardon.
